LALIGA GENUINE goes all out with those affected by the floods
On Saturday morning, the 'LALIGA GENUINE with Valencia' Tournament was held with matches taking place in the afternoon and on Sunday morning
LALIGA GENUINE has once again exemplified one of its mottos, 'sharing rather than competing', and has done so at the Ciutat Esportiva VCF, home of the second phase where this Saturday morning has been starred by the 'LALIGAGENUINE with Valencia' Tournament, in support of people affected by the DANA.
It has been a friendly tournament in which 10 teams formed by people with intellectual disabilities (ID) from the areas damaged by the DANA in the Comunitat Valenciana have participated.
At the closing ceremony it was clear that everyone wins and no one loses. Among the participants were: Clemente Villaverde, president of the LALIGA Foundation; Javier Gómez, general corporate director of LALIGA; Luis Cervera, general director of Sports of the Generalitat Valenciana; Salvador Gomar, president of the Football Federation of the Comunitat Valenciana; Marcos Senna, ambassador of Villarreal; Layhoon Chan, president of Valencia CF; and Inma Ibáñez, director of the VCF Foundation.
LALIGA GENUINE's own matches start at 4:30 pm on Saturday: 24 teams divided between the Compañerismo Group and the Respeto Group, which will play their second matches from Sunday from 10.00 am. In total, 24 matches with the participation of 384 DI players.
